The staff were accommodating and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the serene pool area with its beautiful view, perfect for relaxation. The local market offered good snacks and essentials.

This hotel was lovely base for exploring Dhermi, greatly enjoyed it. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. It boasted amazing views of the sea. The staff were excellent and the pool was good. The location of the property was favourable and fantastic, to nearby attractions.

The transport to the nearby beach was efficient and friendly.

Upon arrival, we experienced issues with our room allocation. We initially received a room with a view over a roof terrace, and even after addressing this, the new room still lacked many basic amenities like kettle and sufficient towels. The breakfast service was disorganized, with limited food options and insufficient staff who seemed overwhelmed and inattentive.

I was greeted with amazing views from the pool area. The wellness treatments offered were great, and I felt utterly relaxed after indulging in the sauna. The staff was a true highlight, always ready to assist, especially during meals that showcased local flavors.

Black Diamond Hotel Dhermi offered amazing views of the coastline that completely took my breath away. The good breakfast buffet had a generous selection, including freshly prepared omelets and delicious pastries. The buggy service to the private beach was convenient.

Black diamond hotel is super nice with a gorgeous pool and great view. Really loved the friendly staff, they were all so helpful and chill. Breakfast was amazin, lotta good options and pastries were the best! Also the golf buggy rides to the beach were fun and convenient. The little private beach next to havana beach club is a gem!

The fine views from our room were like, wow! The shuttle service to the beach was super handy, and the pool area? Lekker vibes with cool music playing. Brekkie was mean with a buffet that had all sorts on offer, loved it!

Loved the chill pool area with amazing views! The snack bar was super convenient for late-night cravings. Breakfast in my room was good, although service got a bit slow at times. The beach shuttles were really handy.

The staff was very hospitable. The setting was particularly good and fantastic. It is located in a great part of the town. The room had central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were wide varieties of savory food at breakfast.
